TOPsTelecom Optimization Partners is a uniquely positioned telecommunications consulting company that offers its clients a no-risk value proposition. Our expertise comes from our keen understanding of the telecommunications industry and services, many years of experience, and our close relationships with key decision makers that will make things happen. We perform a complete no cost, no-risk inventory and analysis of all of our client’s telecommunications networks, services, providers, and invoices to determine what refunds and credits they are owed as well as how to reduce their costs and improve their efficiency going forward.

Not only can we negotiate the best rates and services, but also we'll have the changes implemented quickly, with the rates the client deserves, and with no disruption to their business' vital telecom services. We begin by reviewing our client’s current telecom bills and services including local and long distance, data, Internet access, cellular, VoIP and advanced services like MPLS to see if the rates and charges are consistent with their contract. Next, we analyze our exclusive tariff and service provider database and determine if businesses with a similar calling and usage patterns are enjoying better rates.

After determining where the client can save money, we provide a proposal that may include up to 100 different cost-cutting strategies. We aren't aligned with any carrier, so we can make unbiased suggestions that exactly suit our client’s needs. However, the client has complete control over any decisions - we simply act as advisors by emphasizing the benefits of each recommendation.


graphicOur contingency agreement is only three pages long, making it easy to understand that if we don't save the client money, they owe us nothing. We emphasize a two- year relationship, but our clients are so satisfied with their savings that more than 90% renew their contracts.

We create our own revenue stream, so that our clients never incur any out-of-pocket expense by engaging us, our fee is 50% of the amount our client agrees that we have saved them on their telecom services.

We oversee the entire installation process – placing orders, monitoring their status, and making sure it's done correctly and quickly. The client’s IT and financial staff won't have to get involved on a day-to-day basis.

The client sees the savings directly on their bills. In fact, we provide a savings summary before billing, to indicate exactly where and how much they saved. And we guarantee our services--if the client doesn’t save money, they owe us nothing.
